Diana Palmer Fights Back against Bill Collins

The Glens Falls Common Council meeting on Tuesday evening had a big surprise: the NYDEC, or New York Department of Environmental Conservation, is investigating a refrigerant leak at the Glens Falls Recreation Center that had been leaking since January. Claudia Braymer, an environmental lawyer, was in attendance and delivered a scathing public comment at the beginning of the meeting. But the most interesting section of the meeting was between Councilwoman Diana Palmer and Mayor Bill Collins.
